Important Information
INDIVIDUALS
All individual volunteers must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check here.
VOLUNTEERING WITH CHILDREN
Those working with children must pass drug screening and participate in the online Safe Sanctuaries training PowerPoint download from our secure server here.
SCHOOL & CHURCH GROUPS
School and church youth groups may volunteer when accompanied by an approved adult volunteer.

Ministry Program Opportunities

Opportunities:
One-on-one reading and math tutoring after school between 3-5 p.m.
Help with STEAM projects and other group activities
Collect items on the MPA wish and supply list

Hospitality – Help set up the room for Tuesday evenings (ODCH) or Wednesday evenings (St Mary’s UMC) weekly meeting

Provide, plant, and help maintain the front entrance flower pots.
Provide a snack for staff.
Help with filing or stuffing envelopes at certain times of the year.
